Does it certify my work?
No. It helps you collect and check documents. You and the people who sign them stay responsible, and the council makes the decision. Anything the AI isn't sure about is flagged for you to look at.
Do my trades need to sign up?
No. Each trade gets a link for their one document. They open it, take a photo or upload a PDF, and they're done.
Which jobs does it handle?
New houses, bathroom renovations, and alterations or additions. You can add or remove any document on a job.
What happens if council sends an RFI?

Where is my data kept?
